There is no shortage of information telling us what wellness looks, tastes, sounds, smells, and feels like, but do you know what well-being means for YOU? Do you find yourself feeling like you should be doing more for your well-being like eating better, sleeping better, and moving more, but struggle to make it happen and often feel guilty?
Please join us for an interactive session where we will explore how creating awareness and purpose in your well-being improves your leadership and positively impacts business. Experience our unique process of defining your personal well-being to make it less overwhelming and more actionable. You will leave feeling refreshed and prepared with tools to lead yourself and others...and to stop ‘shoulding’ on yourself for good.
