In 2019, 29% of senior management roles are held by women, the highest number ever on record, but there is still so much opportunity for women to have a seat at the table. Whether you are looking to take on a new role in leadership or have been a leader for years, we are always learning new skills. During this panel, women leaders from the Minneapolis area are going to be discussing the lessons they have learned, what has worked, what continues to be a challenge, and ways they have gained influence in an organization.

We will be offering a free lunch and networking from 12:00-12:30. The panel discussion will take place from 12:30-1:10, with Q&A to follow, concluding at 1:30PM.

The event will be held on the first floor of the TractorWorks building in the Washington Conference room.
