Creating a non-compete agreement that is enforceable is tricky business if you do not know what you are doing. Presenting a non-compete agreement that employees will feel comfortable signing is even more difficult. In this seminar, you will learn about the myths in the marketplace about non-compete agreements. Importantly, attendees will learn why, in most situations, customer and vendor non-solicitation provisions are superior to broad-stroke non-compete clauses.
